I had the great fortune of working with Giselle and Positive Work during my time at Vistaprint. She designed a 3-day training that was practical, interactive, engaging and loaded with useful tips and meaningful conversation among peers. Throughout the planning she was adaptable, always open to feedback and overall a valuable thought partner. The programme lasts 12-20 weeks and leaves managers with critical knowledge, skills, and confidence for managing team members, who feel they are being supported and actively developed.
